These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders you place with MedExpress Pharmacy through it. Please read them together with our Delivery & Collection, Cancellation Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Product information
Information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a pharmacist, doctor or other health professional. Always read the package insert and ask our pharmacist if you are unsure. We try to keep product details, images and stock accurate; if we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you before we proceed.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, the pharmacist decides a product should not be supplied, a valid prescription is not provided, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and delivery fees
All prices are in South African Rand. Delivery fees are not included in product prices; the delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Medicines and prescriptions
Medicines that require a prescription are only supplied against a valid prescription reviewed by our pharmacist. Our pharmacist may speak to you before supplying some medicines, and may limit quantities or decline to supply a product if, in their professional judgement, it is not appropriate. 6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints
Please contact us first, with your order number if you have one, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
