Delivery in Polokwane
We currently deliver within Polokwane. The delivery fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
If your address is outside our delivery area, checkout will not offer delivery. Please contact us before ordering and we will tell you what we can arrange.
Collecting from the pharmacy
If you would rather collect your order from the pharmacy, please WhatsApp or call us before you order so we can confirm it with you.
Medicines that need a pharmacist
Some medicines can only be supplied after our pharmacist has spoken to you, and prescription medicines need a valid prescription. Our pharmacist may contact you before your order is released. See Prescription Assistance.
Problems with a delivery
If something is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and keep the item and its packaging.
