Refund and Returns Policy

At Med Express Pharmacy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Customized or personalized items

Clearance or final sale items
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account or credit card again.

Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at medexpresspharmacy19@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
