This page explains how to ask us to cancel an order placed on this website.
How to cancel
Contact us as soon as possible and give us your order number. We will confirm in writing whether your order can still be cancelled, and how any payment you made will be refunded.
Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, the pharmacist decides a product should not be supplied, a valid prescription is not provided, or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we will refund you in full.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
